These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved through international arbitration.

Eligibility & Registration

Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
Identity: You must be a real person. The use of bots, automated programs, or artificial identities is strictly prohibited.
Location: Residents of countries where online betting is prohibited by law are not eligible to register.
Accuracy of Information: All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
Single Account: Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or address.

After Registration tb baji We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time. You may be asked to provide a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, your account will be temporarily suspended.

⚠️ Registering with false information will result in account termination, and any funds in the account may be forfeited. tb baji maintains a strict stance on this matter.

Account Management

Your tb baji You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Please keep the following in mind:

Never share your username or password with anyone.
Always log out after using a public Wi-Fi network or a shared device.
Use a strong password and change it regularly.
Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) significantly increases the security of your account.
If you notice any unusual activity on your account, please contact our support team immediately.

It is mandatory to keep accurate and up-to-date information on your account. If your name, phone number, or payment details change, please update your profile promptly. If a withdrawal is delayed due to incorrect information, tb baji will not be held liable.

Please Note: If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the original deposit.
Withdrawals above BDT 5,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
Using another person's payment account for transactions is strictly prohibited.
In Cases of Suspicious Transactions tb baji reserves the right to hold transactions pending verification.

Betting Rules

tb bajiPlease make sure you understand the following rules before placing a bet on:

Final Bet: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed under any circumstances.
Odds Changes: Once a bet is confirmed, it will be settled at the original odds even if the odds change afterwards.
Match Cancellation: If a match is abandoned or postponed before the scheduled completion time, the bet will be voided and the original stake will be returned.
Technical Error: The right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a system error. tb baji reserves.
Maximum Win: The maximum payout from a single bet will be subject to specified limits, which may vary by betting category.
Live Betting: In Live Betting, bets may be rejected due to network delays. No claims will be accepted in such cases.

tb baji The right is reserved to limit or reject any bet, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected or excessive liability is created on any outcome.

Bonuses & Promotions

tb baji's bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus: Available to newly registered members only; redeemable once per account.
Turnover Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal (generally 10–20x the bonus amount).
Validity: Every bonus offer has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
Eligible Bets: Not all bet types count toward bonus turnover requirements. See the promotions page for details.
Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.

tb baji The right is reserved to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found, the relevant bonus and winnings will be forfeited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities tb bajiis strictly prohibited on this platform, and any such activity will result in immediate account closure:

Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or gain an unfair advantage.
Operating multiple accounts under the same individual.
Misusing or manipulating bonus funds.
Placing bets using automated bots or software.
Attempting to access another user's account or engaging in any form of hacking.
Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
Placing bets based on match fixing or insider information.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.

⚠️ If any of the prohibited activities listed above are proven, tb baji All funds and bonuses will be forfeited, the account will be permanently closed, and law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.

Account Cancellation & Suspension

tb baji We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

For any breach of these terms and conditions.
For registering with false or misleading information.
Failure to complete KYC verification or refusal to submit the required documents.
Prolonged account inactivity (generally 12 months).
For users who wish to close their account at their own request.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any eligible balance remaining in the account will be refunded. However, bonus funds that have not met the required conditions are non-refundable.

As part of responsible betting, you may also request Self-exclusion or a temporary account suspension for a set period. Our support team is always available to assist you with this.

Limitation of Liability

Loss of bets due to internet disconnection or network issues.
Losses caused by faults in third-party software or devices.
Unauthorized access resulting from sharing your account password.
Service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or government-imposed restrictions.
Losses incurred through third-party websites or services.

tb baji We are committed to maintaining high service standards; however, the platform may experience temporary interruptions due to technical maintenance or upgrades. We will endeavour to notify users in advance whenever possible.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding any bet or transaction, please follow the process outlined below:

First Step: Notify our support team in writing within 72 hours of the incident.
Information to Provide: Please provide the bet ID, date, amount, and a detailed description of the issue.
Review: Our team will review the matter within 5 business days.
Decision: tb baji's decision shall be considered final, though you retain the right to appeal through international arbitration.

The relevant account may be restricted during an ongoing dispute. Withdrawals may remain on hold until the matter is resolved.

Changes to Terms

tb baji We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be given as much advance notice as possible before any changes take effect.

For major changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given in advance.
Notices will be delivered via email, on-platform pop-ups, or banners.
Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
